In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 60 days and we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment. Original receipt is required. Product(s) must be in the original packaging and leather must not be altered in any way. All refunds are subject to manager’s approval. Final sale and clearance items are excluded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Preauthorization is required for all product returns. Purchases may be returned to Tandy Leather Corporate Headquarters located in Fort Worth, TX USA. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping. Please contact Customer Service at TLFHELP@tandyleather.com for assistance.
Please Note: Tandy Leather will extend its return policy during the period stores are closed due to COVID-19. For purchases made 60 days prior to the closure of our stores, March 21, 2020, and during the time the stores remained closed, Tandy will accept returns for 60 days after our stores reopen.
